So many negatives things are in the news, that when you see/hear of a good deed, it makes you want to cry.
There was a drug shooting behind my house Wednesday night. An old neighbor heard the commotion and tried to help, but lost his life instead...
Is it better to not be a hero?
Or would you rather risk your life for someone?

lives, like, RIGHT THERE!
Who knew, that all this time, someone who could understand what I'm going through lives so close?
Kay, time to organize my mind. Here's where the entry will get confusing.
Cousin's visit: For the first time ever, I: went to the nail salon, Bellaire, and played mini-golf. Watched The Men Who Stare at Goats. Not worth it. Hot waaaangs!
Thanksgiving Break (so far): Movie night with the Pentagon (plus two others)! Bejeweled. Pentagon power! The Woodlands. Bejeweled. Homework. Phone, phone, phone (doesn't that word look funny?). Bejeweled. Cawledge applicashunz. Freak out. Bejeweled. EAT. Cousin's first birthday! Bejeweled.
Things I'm not looking forward to: Black Friday, essays, laundry, studying, prismacolor pieces...
P.S.-- I just might be taking a trip to Louisiana

Under the Sea
Is very scary. (rhyme! oh ho ho!)
I remember posting something about creepy underwater things before, but I can't seem to find that entry. Sometimes, I wish there was a Ctrl+F function for... well, life in general. Life would be much more simple.
Look at that thing! It's a freakish bubble with intestines! Jellyfish are beautiful, yes, but what the heck is this?

This week has gone by so slowly. It was unbearable! My mind had gone on vacation a week too soon, due to the fact that Thanksgiving Break was up ahead. Woo!
Drama here, drama there... It's in the past now.
Okay! On to the good news!
Being the 53rd person in the world to be recorded with SS, it seemed impossible that I would ever meet a person "of my kind." That all changed when my cousin came to visit from New York. Hohoho, and she's a medical reporter, too
. This cousin of mine had contacted a doctor who had treated a patient with SS, and got a reply. How? Iono. I've tried many times and received no answers...
Anyway, she got a reply, and that particular doctor contacted his former patient and relayed my stories and etc.
Turns out that patient now lives in H! Coincidence?
I don't think so.
I can't wait to meet her!
Renewed hope, immense joy, beautiful weather, great friends ... things are looking up.
